Senior living and services organization Life Enriching Communities (LEC) expects to affiliate with Westlake, OH based Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve (LHCR) by the 2nd Quarter of 2020, upon completion of certain conditions. LEC and Concord Reserve have for several months been in discussions regarding an affiliation and previously entered into a Consulting Agreement pursuant to which LEC has provided financial support to LHCR while it further explored the possibility of affiliation.
